Klemm L20 3,25 m (Komplettbaukasten)

The Klemm L-20 was Hanns Klemm´s first series-produced airplane. This plane designed in 1923 inaugurated the era of German light-weight aircraft construction. The L-20 is completely made of wood and is cloth covered. By loosening only four bolts, the external wings were removed. The tail section was also removable. The L-20 achieved great successes during competitions, setting, inter alia, an altitude world record in 1927 by reaching 6,000 meters and a distance world record by covering 1,305 kilometers.
